1. Scope

ViralPanel is a personal research tool operated by Bekir Göksel. It is not offered as a service to the public: there is no application to sign up for, no accounts, and no paid plans. These terms govern this informational website and describe the rules the author operates the tool under.

2. Compliance with YouTube terms

ViralPanel uses YouTube API Services. In operating it, the author agrees to and operates in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. In particular the tool does not:

• store raw YouTube API data for longer than 30 calendar days (enforced in code);
• republish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer YouTube API data to any third party;
• access, request, or store private user data, and it never uses OAuth;
• attempt to circumvent quota limits, or scrape YouTube pages in place of the API;
• upload, alter, or manage content on YouTube, or interact with any channel it studies.

3. Derived metrics

Median-view baselines and baseline-lift ratios shown or used by the tool are the author’s own calculations. They are not YouTube API data, are not official YouTube metrics, and may differ from figures reported by YouTube. They are provided for research purposes only.

4. No warranty and no financial advice

Nothing produced by ViralPanel is a prediction of revenue, audience, or business outcomes, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, or professional advice. The information is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and the author accepts no liability for any decision made on the basis of it.

5. Intellectual property

YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. ViralPanel is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. All third-party names and marks referenced belong to their respective owners.
